The Virtual Try-On feature allows users to upload or capture images to preview how Elther Brand products may appear before purchase. This feature is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Image Usage Policy

  • Users voluntarily upload images to experience the Virtual Try-On feature.
  • Uploaded images are used only to generate the virtual try-on preview.
  • Elther Brand does not use uploaded images for marketing, advertising, promotional activities, AI training, resale, or any unrelated commercial purpose.
  • Images will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to technically process the try-on functionality.

4. Data Retention

  • All uploaded images will be securely stored only for processing purposes.
  • Images will be automatically deleted from Elther Brand’s servers within 30 days from the upload date.
  • No images are permanently stored beyond this period.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must upload only images that they own or have the legal right to use.
  • Users must not upload any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Elther Brand reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Virtual Try-On feature provides a digital simulation for reference purposes only. The actual appearance of products may vary depending on lighting, skin tone, device screen settings, and other factors.
