At ELTHER, we follow a No Return, Only Exchange Policy.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for valid reasons, including:

  • Size mismatch

  • Damaged product received

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Proof (images/videos) may be required for damage verification

Non-Eligible Cases

  • No returns are accepted

  • Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, preference, or style issues

  • Products showing signs of use will not be accepted

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • The replacement will be processed after quality inspection

  • Dispatch timelines will be communicated by our support team

Final Authority

ELTHER reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after product inspection. The decision of ELTHER shall be final.
